All products purchased from Persistent Glo Med Spa are considered final sale. They are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All products are thoroughly inspected before being shipped to ensure that you receive the item in the best condition.

In the case of any missing items or products damaged during delivery, you must notify Persistent Glo Med Spa, by email, within 15 business days of delivery at persistentglomedspa@outlook.com. If the buyer fails to do so within this time, the products are deemed to be delivered in good condition and the order complete.
